摘要:电动汽车因高效率无污染零噪音的特性受到了人们广泛的关注,但在采用时也存在续航里程短、公共充电设施数量较少等问题。考虑客户服务时间窗、电动汽车装载容量、行驶里程限制以及换电站的选址等因素,建立以总成本最小为目标的选址-路径优化模型,并设计结合变邻域搜索算法、门槛接受法和粒子群的算法来求解该问题。为验证算法的有效性,将算法的结果同CPLEX的计算结果进行比较,并对电池续航里程、时间窗和客户分布做敏感性分析,研究结果表明这些因素对选址数和车辆数有不同的影响。
Due to the high efficiency,no pollution and zero noise,electric vehicles have attracted people’s attention.At the same time,electric vehicles are restricted in the adoption by short mileage and the low number of public charging facilities.Considering the factors such as customers’ service time windows,electric vehicles’ loading capacity,mileage limit and battery swap stations’ location,a location-routing optimization model in order to minimize the total cost was established.Then a mixed algorithm combined with variable neighborhood search,threshold accepting algorithm and particle swarm optimization was designed to solve the problem.In order to verify the validity of the algorithm,the results of the algorithm were compared with the calculation results of CPLEX,and the sensitivity analyses of mileage range,time windows and customer distribution were carried out.The results show that these factors have different effects on the number of required locations and vehicles.
