摘要:目的分析研究α-T和噻吩基噻()二唑化合物对Ⅳ龄淡色库蚊幼虫的光活化杀虫活性以及不同化合物之间的构效关系。方法浸渍法。结果所有化合物都没有暗毒性,而在黑光灯照射下α-T的LC50为2.0754μmol/L,化合物SH的LC50为3.3054μmol/L。紫外灯(λ365nm,40W)和荧光灯照射也有利于激发化合物的活性。抗坏血酸对α-T和SH活性的影响不明显。Br对化合物的光激发作用比I强,卤族元素对化合物的光激发作用比H和-CH3强,噻二唑化合物比二唑化合物更易产生光的活化杀虫效应。结论噻吩基噻()二唑类物质对淡色库蚊具有优越的光活化杀虫活性,不同类似物之间具有较好的构效关系。
Objective To determine the photolavicidal efficiency of several thiophenic compounds including α-terthienyl and some of its synthetic analogues against Culex pipiens pallens larvae in vivo and their structure-activity relationships. Methods The activity assays used drug-immersion method. Results All compounds showed less activity in dark. In irradiation of black light, LC50 of α-T and SH were 2.0754, 3.305 4μmol/L, respectively. Effect of ultraviolet light (λ365 nm,40 W) and fluorescent light were same with that of black light. No obvious efficiency of ascorbic acid was found on the photolarvicidal activity of α-T and SH. Moreover, Br was more effective than I in activating the photolarvicidal activity, and haloid elements were more effective than hydrogen and methyl moiety whilst thiadiazoles possessed easier photoactivated property than oxadiazoles did. Conclusion Thiophenic compounds possessed powerful photolarvicidal activity against Culex pipiens pallens larvae and revealed obvious structure-activity relationships.
