摘要:利用正硅酸四乙酯(TEOS)溶胶-凝胶反应制备了SiO2基复合相变材料,采用了DSC、SEM、FTIR分别对复合材料热性能、形貌和结构进行了表征。结果表明:芯材癸酸比PEG1000和棕榈酸更适合用于建筑和纺织领域。转速为800r/min时,癸酸/SiO2复合材料相变焓为105.3J/g。FT-IR和SEM表征了相变材料与SiO2之间的结合方式和形貌特征。
The SiO2-based phase change materials were prepared by the sol-gel reaction,DSC,FTIR and SEM were conducted to analyze the thermal properties,morphology and structure of the composites,respectively.The results showed that capric acid as was modifier more suitable for the application of the composites in the buildings and textiles fields than PEG 1000 and lauric acid.The latent heat of capric acid/SiO2 composite was 105.3J/g when the rotor speed was 800 rpm.FTIR and SEM tests demonstrated the bonding force and morphology of the composites.
