摘要:NOVELTY - An organic diisocyanate, a polyhydroxy compound, a hydroxyl-containing carboxylic acid, and an organic tin catalyst are reacted. A chain extender with active hydrogen is added and reacted till the theoretical residual isocyanate content is reached. A polyhydroxy chain terminator is added to remove residual isocyanate. An organic amine is added for neutralization. A crosslinker and water are added to obtain an aqueous polyurethane elastomer emulsion. USE - Preparation of aqueous polyurethane elastomer emulsion for films (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides aqueous polyurethane elastomer emulsion having low modulus, and excellent yellowing resistance and storage stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An organic diisocyanate, polyhydroxy compound having a molecular weight of 600-4000, a hydroxyl-containing carboxylic acid, and an organic tin catalyst are reacted for 2-5 hours at 60-90 degrees C. A chain extender with active hydrogen is added and reacted till the theoretical residual isocyanate content is reached. A polyhydroxy chain terminator is added to remove residual isocyanate. An organic amine is added at 30-35 degrees C for neutralization at a degree of 70-100 mol% with respect to hydroxyl-containing carboxylic acid. A crosslinker and water are added to obtain an aqueous polyurethane elastomer emulsion.
