摘要:本文综述了提高玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯复合材料界面粘结强度和改善界面层结构的各种有效方法 ,包括玻璃纤维的偶联剂涂覆、浸润剂浸润、表面接枝等表面处理方法以及在聚丙烯基体中添加功能化聚丙烯对基体进行共混改性等 ,对玻璃纤维与聚丙烯的粘结机理进行了讨论 ,并论述了玻纤
This paper reviews various methods to improve interfatcial bond strength and optimize interphase structure in glass fiber reinforced polypropylene composites,including glass fiber surface treatment such as coating with coupling agent,sizing,grafting and matrix modification by adding functionalized polypropylene.The adhesion mechanism between glass fiber and polypropylene is discussed.Finally,the effect of interfacial transcrystallization on interfacial bond strength is presented.
