摘要:以丙烯腈、丙烯酸丁酯和甲基丙烯酸的共聚物为壁材,十四醇为芯材,通过悬浮聚合法合成相变储能微胶囊材料。研究了单体组成、均化速率、芯壁比对微胶囊形貌和性能的影响,并利用红外光谱、光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、激光粒度仪、差示扫描量热仪、热重分析仪分别对微胶囊进行了表征。通过实验优化,当芯壁比为1.5∶1(质量比),均化速率为1 500 r/min,反应温度为70℃时,制备的相变微胶囊球形圆整,粒径均匀,相变焓为113.53J/g,并具有良好的热稳定性。
The phase change microcapsules for thermal energy storage with the copolymer of acrylonitrile (AN) and butyl acrylate (BA) and methacrylic acid (MAA) as wall materials and tetradecanol as core material were fabricated by suspension polymerization. The effects of monomer composition, homogenization rate, the mass ratio of core/wall on the morphology and properties of the microcapsules were investigated. And the prepared microcapsules were characterized by means of Fourier transmission infrared spectra, optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, laser particle diameter analyzer, differential scanning calorimetry and thermal gravimetric analyzer. By optimizing experimental conditions, when the conditions were: mass ratio of core to wall was 1.5 : 1, shear rate was 1 500 r/min and reaction temperature was 70 ~C, the best microeapsules were obtained with regular shape, uniform particle size, a latent heat of 113.53 J/g as well as good thermal stability.
