摘要:以壳聚糖、聚乙烯醇、淀粉为原料,通过共混、交联制备了缓释肥料包膜,采用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪、X射线衍射仪、热分析仪和扫描电子显微镜对其进行结构表征,结果表明原料之间并不是简单的组合而是产生了相互作用,形成了一个新的稳定体。
The biodegradable coating materials of fertilizers were made of chitosan, polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) and starch by blending and crossing-linking reaction in this paper. The chemical structures of film were investigated by FT-IR spectrum, Raman spectrum, X-ray diffraction spectrum, thermal analysis and SEM photograph. The results show that there are interactions in the raw materials and the product is a new stable compound. The blending and crossing-linking result in an improvement of compatibility, transparency and mechanical properties.
