摘要:利用正交试验法,以不同的参数侧铣加工出9组疲劳试样,通过硬度仪与三维轮廓仪等测出试样表面质量参数,再利用疲劳实验机进行低周疲劳对比试验,最后使用SEM电镜对试样断口进行分析。疲劳实验表明:切削速度对低周疲劳寿命的影响变化最大,铣削深度次之,进给量的影响最小。试样在高于屈服强度的载荷的循环作用下,内部塑性变形,引起疲劳裂纹源的萌生和扩展是疲劳断裂的主要原因。同时建立了低周疲劳寿命关于铣削参数的数学模型,可用于估算低周疲劳寿命的长短。
The orthogonal test method is used to analysis nine samples with different milling parameters.The surface quality parameters of the samples are measured by the hardness tester and three-dimensional profiler.Then the fatigue test machine is used for low-cycle fatigue comparison tests,and finally SEM is used to analyzes the fracture of the sample.Fatigue experiments show that the effect of cutting speed on low-cycle fatigue life is the most,followed by the depth of cut,and the effect of feed rate is the smallest.The internal plastic deformation of the specimen under cyclic loading above the yield strength causes the initiation and propagation of fatigue crack sources,which is the main reason of fatigue fracture.Mathematical model is established to estimate the length of low-cycle fatigue life.
