摘要:NOVELTY - Preparation of polyurethane foam includes dispersing polymer nanoparticle in aqueous phase as water dispersion liquid, and slowly dropping the water phase in oil phase, continuously stirring, forming a stable high internal phase oil-in-aqueous emulsion, slowly immersing the mold in liquid nitrogen, freezing and drying the mold into liquid nitrogen, removing the solvent and water, and directly obtaining low density oriented structure polyurethane foam. USE - Method for preparing polyurethane foam (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and environment-friendly, can prepare polyurethane foam having oriented structure, and has wide application range. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of polyurethane foam comprises: (A) dispersing polymer nanoparticle in aqueous phase as water dispersion liquid, and oil phase for slowly dropping the water phase, continuously stirring, forming a stable high internal phase oil-in-aqueous emulsion; (B) slowly immersing the mold in liquid nitrogen; and (C) freezing and drying the mold into liquid nitrogen, removing the solvent and water, and directly obtaining low density oriented structure polyurethane foam, where a polymer nanoparticle is a polyurethane urea/vinyl ester resin interpenetrating network structure nanoparticle, where the oil phase is cyclohexane, oil phase is present at 7-90 mass% and vinyl ester resin is present at 59-40 mass%, and the polymer nanoparticle water dispersion liquid is present at 10-30%.
