摘要：敏捷项目管理主张快速迭代与持续价值交付,传统技术难以适应其动态复杂性。大语言模型(LLMs)的兴起为突破传统方法的局限性提供了新技术路径,但相关研究缺乏对LLMs赋能敏捷项目管理的系统认知。为弥补这一不足,本文采用文献综述法,围绕LLMs的核心能力,梳理其在敏捷项目管理中的应用情况。研究结果发现,LLMs在需求分析、任务优先级排序、决策等方面展现出自动化潜力,但同时存在输入质量依赖性高、可解释性缺失、领域泛化能力不足与多模态整合欠缺等现实挑战。据此,本文明确了数据增强、人机协同、领域适配、多模态拓展四大未来研究方向,以期为智能化敏捷管理工具的研发与实践应用提供参考。
Agile project management emphasizes rapid iteration and continuous value delivery,yet conventional techniques often struggle to accommodate its dynamic complexity.The emergence of Large Language Models(LLMs)presents a novel technological pathway to transcend the limitations of traditional methodologies.However,extant research lacks a systematic understanding of LLM-enabled agile project management.To bridge this gap,this study employs a literature review methodology to examine the applications of LLMs in agile project management,anchored in their core capabilities.The findings indicate that while LLMs offer significant automation potential in areas such as requirements analysis,task prioritization,and decision support,they face distinct challenges including high dependency on input quality,insufficient interpretability,limited domain generalization,and a lack of multimodal integration.Accordingly,this paper delineates four critical directions for future research:data augmentation,human-machine collaboration,domain adaptation,and multimodal extension.These findings not only contribute to the refinement of the theoretical framework but also provide a reference for the development and practical application of intelligent agile management tools.
