摘要:NOVELTY - Preparing polyester hot melt adhesive, comprises (i) adding terephthalic acid, butanediol and titanium catalyst into an esterification kettle for esterifying primarily, at the same time, discharging the water produced in the reaction, and (ii) adding adipic acid, maleic acid, isophthalic acid, propylene glycol, neopentyl glycol and catalyst p-toluenesulfonic acid into the kettle for esterifying secondarily, at the same time, discharging the water produced in the reaction, then adding stabilizing agent for decompressing and carrying out polycondensation to obtain the product. USE - The polyester hot melt adhesive is useful for film preparation. ADVANTAGE - The method produces polyester hot melt adhesive, which is quick in crystallizing and easy in forming film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing polyester hot melt adhesive, comprises (i) adding terephthalic acid, butanediol and titanium catalyst into an esterification kettle for esterifying primarily, where the reaction temperature is 170-195 degrees C, at the same time, discharging water produced in the reaction, and (ii) adding adipic acid, maleic acid, isophthalic acid, propylene glycol, neopentyl glycol and catalyst p-toluenesulfonic acid into a kettle for esterifying secondarily, where the reaction temperature is 180-205 degrees C, at the same time, discharging water produced in the reaction, then adding a stabilizing agent for decompressing and carrying out polycondensation at 220-245 degrees C to obtain the product. The molar ratio of the dibasic acid to the dibasic alcohol is 1:1.1-1.3; according to all dibasic acid, the molar ratio of the terephthalic acid, adipic acid, maleic acid and isophthalic acid is (0.45-0.55):(0.3-0.45):(0.01-0.1):(0.01-0.1); according to all dibasic alcohol, the molar ratio of the butanediol, propylene glycol and neopentyl glycol is (0.75-0.90):(0.05-0.15):(0.05-0.15).
