摘要:NOVELTY - Forming isomer of tetrakis-(ortho-n-valeramide phenyl)-porphyrin zinc (I) involves reducing tetrakis(ortho-nitrophenyl)porphyrin to obtain four isomers of tetrakis(ortho-aminophenyl)porphyrin (II); subjecting the porphyrin (II) to column chromatography separation and purification, followed by reacting with neopentyl acyl chloride at lower than 5 degrees C by using pyridine as catalyst, to obtain tetrakis(ortho-neopentylamidophenyl)porphyrin (III); and reacting the porphyrin (III) with zinc acetate in a solvent. USE - For forming isomer of tetrakis-(ortho-n-valeramide phenyl)-porphyrin zinc (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method greatly simplifies purification process of isomer of metal porphyrin compound with simple operation and high yield i.e. more than 90%.
