摘要:The water content of the produced liquid from offshore heavy oilfields increases rapidly with mining years. The traditional treatment process of produced liquid based on chemical demulsification has a long process flow, large equipment footprint, and high chemical agent consumption. Owing to space constraints on offshore platforms, the treatment of a large amount of produced water has become the biggest challenge to stabilize and increase production. Herein, a short-process treatment technology based on physical separation was proposed and a pilot test was performed at the Bohai heavy oilfield. The oil content is 80%). This study provides a new idea for the green and efficient treatment of liquids produced in offshore oilfields, which helps the sustainable development of oilfields and the protection of the marine ecological environment. ? 2024, The Authors.
