摘要:加强工程科技人才通识能力培养是新时代"培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人"的内在要求,也是工程科技人才培养的必然趋势。本研究通过对179份来自产业界的调查问卷具体分析了我国工程科技人才通识能力的构成要素以及学校培养环节的组成要素。研究发现,我国工程科技人才通识能力包含10项要素,分别是政治素养、工程伦理、跨学科知识、国际化能力、领导与决策能力、思维与表达能力、独立思考与学习能力、工作情绪与态度、创新与挑战能力、自我价值塑造能力;工程科技人才通识能力培养在学校培养环节包含7项组成要素,分别是政治素养与责任课程、人文与艺术课程、社会管理与自我发展课程、跨专业与伦理课程、学习方式、教学方式、教学支持。最后,根据研究结论和实际情况,从课程设置、教学方式、学校支持等方面提出了促进工程科技人才通识能力的对策建议。
Strengthening the cultivation of general competences of engineers is the inherent requirement of "cultivating the socialist builders and successors of all-round development of morality, intelligence, art and work" in the New Era, and is the inevitable trend of engineering education. According to the data analysis of 179 questionnaires from the industry, this study analyzes the elements of engineer’s general competences and the elements of cultivation of general competences in university. The study finds that the general competences of engineer includes ten elements, namely political literacy, engineering ethics, interdisciplinary knowledge, internationalization, leadership and decision-making, thinking and expression, independent thinking and learning, work emotion and attitudes, innovation and challenge, self-value shaping. The cultivation of engineer’s general competences in university includes seven elements, namely political literacy and responsibility courses, humanities and art courses, social management and self-development courses, interdisciplinary and ethical courses, learning methods, teaching methods, teaching supports. Finally, according to the research conclusions and actual conditions, the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the general competences of engineers are put forward from the aspects of curriculum setting, teaching methods and school support.
