摘要:NOVELTY - A polyethylene-ethylene-vinyl acetate hot-melt adhesive comprises paraffin having a melting point of 80-90 degrees C, polyethylene-ethylene-vinyl acetate having a vinyl acetate functional group content of 28-29% and a melt index of 140-150 g/10 minutes, maleic-anhydride-grafted polypropylene having a grafting rate of 0.6-0.8%, rosin pentaerythritol ester having a softening point of more than 80 degrees C, 5C hydrogenated petroleum resin having a softening point of more than 80 degrees C, and N-phenyl- beta -naphthylamine or 2,6-di-tert-p-cresol as antioxidant. USE - Polyethylene-ethylene-vinyl acetate hot-melt adhesive is used for vehicle interior. ADVANTAGE - The polyethylene-ethylene-vinyl acetate hot-melt adhesive has excellent strength, bonding force, chemical stability, and toughness, and does not cause secondary environmental pollution. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A polyethylene-ethylene-vinyl acetate hot-melt adhesive comprises paraffin having a melting point of 80-90 degrees C, polyethylene-ethylene-vinyl acetate having a vinyl acetate functional group content of 28-29% and a melt index of 140-150 g/10 minutes, maleic-anhydride-grafted polypropylene having a grafting rate of 0.6-0.8%, rosin pentaerythritol ester having a softening point of more than 80 degrees C, an acid value of less than 1, and a color value of less than 1, 5C hydrogenated petroleum resin having a softening point of more than 80 degrees C, an acid value of less than 1, and a color value of less than 1, and N-phenyl- beta -naphthylamine or 2,6-di-tert-p-cresol as antioxidant. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of hot-melt adhesive, which involves mixing polyethylene-ethylene-vinyl acetate and thermoplastic polyurethane in a weight ratio of 1/2-2/3, heating to 140-160 degrees C, adding paraffin and antioxidant, melting completely, adding remaining polyethylene-ethylene-vinyl acetate and thermoplastic polyurethane, maintaining temperature at 130 degrees C or more, adding polypropylene grafted with maleic anhydride, maintaining temperature at 120 degrees C or more, melting completely, adding rosin pentaerythritol ester and 5C hydrogenated petroleum resin, reducing temperature to 90-110 degrees C, melting completely, adding antioxidant, heat-preserving and stirring for 10-30 minutes, and discharging. The pressure is maintained at 0.1-0.5 MPa throughout the process.
