摘要:NOVELTY - The method involves determining (S11) change rule of load-displacement curve of small punch, when the friction coefficient is changed. The contact pressure during the small punch test process is obtained (S12). A finite element model is established, and the value of the friction coefficient is repeatedly adjusted to get different simulation curves. Simulation curve and test curve are determined to be closest, when the both curves met objective function. The friction coefficient set during the simulation and experiment are considered same to perform (S2) fracture toughness simulation. USE - Reverse finite element method for determining friction coefficient of small jumper bar tester. ADVANTAGE - The finite element process is used so as to obtain more reliable fracture toughness, tensile and creep performance.
