摘要:利用新型可编程控制器PAC,开发了一种基于Internet的B/S结构远程控制实验系统。该系统采用三层分布式控制结构,即系统底层由PAC控制器和各种测控仪表组成,而中间层则采用工控软件开发的远程实验系统Web服务器,E客户端属于系统的最上层。同时,系统采用OPC技术开发了OPC客户程序,用来从Web服务器提取实时实验数据。应用表明,该系统具有功能灵活、安全可靠、人机界面友好的特点,很好地满足了远程实验的要求。
By adopting novel programmable automation controller( PAC ) , a B/S structural remote laboratory based on Internet has been developed. The system adopts 3-layer distributed control structure, in which the bottom layer is composed of PAC and various measurement and control instruments ; the middle layer is the remote laboratory Web server; and the top layer is the Web client. In addition, for extracting real-time data from Web server, OPC client program is developed by using OPC technology. The application shows that the system offers flexible functions, safe and reliable operation, and user-friendly interface, etc. , to meet the requirements of remote laboratory.
