摘要:NOVELTY - The method involves arranging composite plate with a composite material product. The composite material product is made of twisted or untwisted fiber yarn that is selected from glass fiber, aramid fiber, carbon fiber, basalt fiber and organic or inorganic fiber. Prepreg fabric and blended chemical yarn fabric sewing process is performed. A fiber pre-soaking fabric is pressed with an inner surface of a mixed fiber yarn fabric to form a constraint product through hot pressing. The constraint product is cooled to obtain high performance composite material plate. USE - Continuous fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin prepreg fabric sewing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables reducing reinforcing fiber transverse displacement of sewing process and improving heat preservation, cooling and shaping performances to obtain continuous fiber-reinforced composite material plate. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a sectional view of a high performance composite material plate.
