摘要:NOVELTY - A hyperbranched copolymer is obtained by reacting polyol, acrylate and amine compound. USE - Hyperbranched copolymer for making modified silicone oil used in preparing organic pigment dispersing agent (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method can prepare modified silicone oil which can well disperse the organic pigment on the lower polarity surface or non-polar surface. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A hyperbranched copolymer is obtained by: (A) reacting a compound of formula C(CH2R1)(CH2OH)3 (I) and compound of formula =CH-COOR2 (II) at 20-100 degrees C to prepare the intermediate A; (B) making the intermediate A react with the compound of formula C(NH2)(CH2OH)3 (III) or NH2-(CH2)2-NH-(CH2)2-NH2 (IV) at 40-80 degrees C to prepare the intermediate B; (C) making the intermediate B sequentially react with the compound (II) and compound (III) or (IV) according to the condition of steps (A) and (B) to prepare the intermediate B1; and (D) repeating the step (C) to the intermediate B1 till the viscosity of the product is 8000-20000 mPa-second at 25 degrees C and stopping reaction. R1=H or OH; and R2=1-20C alkyl or perfluoroalkyl. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for modified silicone oil which is obtained by preparing the intermediate C by carrying out grafting reaction to allyl polyether, allyl glycidyl ether and hydrogen-containing silicone oil; and carrying out grafting reaction to the intermediate C and hyperbranched copolymer, where the viscosity of the modified silicone oil is 2000-3000 mPa-second at 25 degrees C.
