摘要:NOVELTY - Epoxy resin composition comprises (in parts by wt.) component A of liquid bisphenol A epoxy resin (33-35), component B of solid bisphenol A epoxy resin (65-67), component C of anhydride curing agent (46-51) according to 100 parts of the epoxy resin, component D of quaternary ammonium salt accelerator (1-2.5) according to 100 parts of the epoxy resin, and component E of diacetone metal salt accelerator (0.05-1) according to 100 parts of the epoxy resin. USE - Used as an epoxy resin composition. The epoxy resin composite material is useful in the products for entertainment and relevant sports. ADVANTAGE - The composite material prepared by the composition has good mechanical and heat resistant properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing pre-impregnation material by using the composition, comprising (i) preparing the composition into a resin film, and (ii) adding the reinforcing fiber into the resin film obtained in the step (i), cold pressing for 3-4 times on a pre-impregnation material machine after hot-pressing, where the temperature of a hot-pressing roller is 55-75 degrees C, the rotating speed of the hot-pressing roller is 3-4 m/minutes, and the hot-pressing frequency is 12-16 times; and (2) preparing the fiber reinforced epoxy resin composite material, comprising (i) placing the pre-impregnation material prepared by the above mentioned method in a mold, and (ii) molding by closing the mold to heat and pressurize.
