摘要：NOVELTY - Ruthenium-based catalyst comprises ruthenium particles and silica layer. The silica layer is coated on ruthenium particles to obtain core-shell catalyst. The thickness of silica layer is 0.5-2nm. USE - Ruthenium-based catalyst for partial hydrogenation of benzene to cyclohexene. ADVANTAGE - The ruthenium-based catalyst ensures high yield of cyclohexene and has wide range of applications.
