摘要：NOVELTY - The device has a gas-solid separator whose inlet is provided with a flow meter to adjust high temperature flue gas inlet flow rate, where the gas-solid separator is a micro cyclone separator, a gas-solid separator wedge or a cone type filter separator. A gas phase outlet of a gas-liquid separator is connected with a condenser. The condenser is provided with a cooling liquid inlet that is provided with a thermometer and a valve. The gas phase outlet of the gas-liquid separator is connected with an inlet of a gas discharging device through a valve flow meter to adjust outlet flow rate. USE - Multi-phase online high temperature hydrocarbon sampling device. ADVANTAGE - The device can carry out real time sampling process, and is simple to operate and practical to use. The device controls inlet flow rate through an inlet flow meter for adjusting opening degree of an inlet adjusting valve and uses the gas-solid separator to separate dust in high temperature hydrocarbon, so that purified flue gas enters into the condenser to exchange heat for adjusting cooling water of the condenser through the thermometer so as to adjust oil smoke temperature of the gas outlet. The device allows condensed flue gas to be entered into the separators to carry out gas-liquid separation for realizing gas sampling and metering processes. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The gas-liquid separator is a gas-liquid cyclone separator for centrifugal separation or a gas-liquid coalescence filter separator. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a multi-phase online sampling device sampling method.
