摘要:NOVELTY - Preparing recycled high density polyethylene/polypropylene composite material by reactive extrusion, comprises taking recycled high density polyethylene and polypropylene as recycled material, drying, adding the recycled material, cross linking agent and auxiliary cross linking agent into a high speed mixer, mixing, adding mixed material into a double screw extruder, extruding at 140-210 degrees C, sequentially cooling in a water tank, drying in a drying machine, and cutting through a diced machine to obtain the required cross linked high-density polyethylene/polypropylene composite material. USE - The method is useful for preparing recycled high density polyethylene/polypropylene composite material by reactive extrusion. ADVANTAGE - The method comprises addition of auxiliary cross linking agent, which inhibits the degradation reaction of polypropylene in the presence of peroxide so as to reduce the melt index of the material, improve the compatibility, obtain a material suitable for pipe extrusion and improve the mechanical performance of the material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing recycled high density polyethylene/polypropylene composite material by reactive extrusion, comprises (i) taking (in wt.%) recycled high density polyethylene and polypropylene (5-30) as recycled material, drying at 80 degrees C for 4 hours, adding the recycled material, cross linking agent and auxiliary cross linking agent in a ratio of (97.5-99.85): (0.05-0.5): (0.1-2) into a high speed mixer, and mixing for 10 minutes; (ii) adding the mixed material into a double screw extruder through a feeding port; and (iii) extruding at 140-210 degrees C with a extruding speed of 120-300 revolutions/minute, sequentially cooling in a water tank, drying in a drying machine, and cutting through a diced machine to obtain the required cross linked high-density polyethylene/polypropylene composite material, where the density of high density polyethylene is 0. 94 g/cm3, number average molecular weight (Mn) is 21000 and weight average molecular weight (Mw) is 228000, and the density of polypropylene is 0.91 g/cm3, Mn is 44000 and Mw is 188000. The cross linking agent is peroxide, ethylsiloxane and allyl silicone. The auxiliary cross linking agent is allyl type auxiliary cross linking agent.
