摘要：This paper discusses how to optimize the influence of managerial behaviors on strategic decision from a multi-agent perspective. By using multiple intelligent agent techniques, managerial behaviors in the strategic decision-making are supposed to be simulated as intelligent agent and a managerial behaviors influence model is structured based on multi-agent. Furthermore, research on the relation between managerial behaviors and strategic decision-making is conducted by analyzing the interaction among multi intelligent agent. It is suggested that managerial behaviors play a crucial role in strategic decision-making and meanwhile both manager's cognition of strategic decision and its results will verify manager's decision and behaviors,which will affect manager's behaviors in the future the other way round. It is proposed that multi-agent techniques can bring about significant effect in managerial behavior simulation and strategic decision-making optimization.
