摘要:NOVELTY - Producing microbial oil through lignocellulose simultaneous saccharification and fermentation, and for recycling cellulose, comprises pretreating lignocellulose raw material, subjecting the pretreated material to detoxification treatment, acclimatizing a fermentation strain, adding fermentation strain, raw material and cellulose into a reactor, carrying out saccharification and fermentation to obtain mash, subjecting mash obtained after fermentation to solid-liquid separation, subjecting the solid phase to microbial oil extraction using cellulose liquid, and repeating the steps. USE - The method is useful for producing microbial oil through lignocellulose simultaneous saccharification and fermentation, and for recycling cellulase (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces microbial oil with improved production efficiency and less equipment utilization rate, reduces the enzyme dosage and waste water discharge and the production cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Producing microbial oil through lignocellulose simultaneous saccharification and fermentation, and for recycling cellulose, comprises: (1) pre-processing lignocellulose raw material; (2) performing detoxification treatment to the pre-treated material; (3) carrying out domestication culture of yeast strain, inoculating frozen strain sheet-shaped wire spore yeast Trichosporon cutaneum (CX1) into in seed culture medium, activating for 24 hours, then domesticating for 24 hours with 50% of wood cellulose hydrolysis solution seed culture medium, inserting hydrolyzed liquid domestication culture for 24 hours, performing enzymolysis to pre-treated lignocellulose raw material to obtain hydrolysis liquid; (4) domesticating the strain and raw material, adding cellulose into the reactor for simultaneous saccharification and fermentation, detoxifying the wood cellulose raw material with the cellulose in the reactor, adding nutritive salt at 50 degrees C, pre-enzymolyzing under a pH of 4.8 for 0-24 hours, and then performing enzymolysis at 30 degrees C under a pH of 5; and (5) carrying out solid-liquid separation to the fermented mash, extracting the microbial oil with in-phase component using cellulose as liquid phase, performing solid-liquid separation to the fermented mash, recycling the supernatant fluid, and extracting the oil with a mixture of water and enzyme using a thermal method.
