摘要：In recent, with the advent of globalisation and the era of knowledge economy, the increase of population and continued exploitation of nature by human beings may lead to the reduction and disappearance of biodiversity, adding the risks of human infection. Faced with these problems, it is necessary to seek a path for improvement by means of technological development and the overall planning of landscape design for an open space. This study was conducted for the public in Shanghai. A total of 500 questionnaires were distributed and 368 were effectively recovered, with a recovery rate of 74%. The research results showed that: (1) Landscape design has a significant positive correlation with environmental factors; (2) Landscape design has a significant positive correlation with biological factors; (3) Landscape design has a significant positive correlation with economic factors; (4) Landscape design has a significant positive correlation with cultural factors. Based on the results, suggestions were proposed in a bid to help to reflect on the urban landscape design development model and improve the overall quality of ecological environment for sustainable development.
