摘要：建设创新型国家是关系国家命运和民族兴衰的战略抉择,也对科学与工程人才培养提出了更高的要求。论文对创新型科学与工程人才培养的背景进行了分析,对滑铁卢大学独特的科学与工程人才合作教育(Co-operative Education)模式进行了介绍,并在此基础上对我国创新型科学与工程人才培养面临的问题进行了思考。
Building an innovative country is a strategic choice that determines the rise and fall of the nation and has put forward higher requirements on Cultivating talents in science and engineering.In this paper the author first analyses the Eclucation background of innovative talent in science and engineering,then introduces the unique Co-operative Education models on talents in science and engineering in University of Waterloo.At last some thoughts are suggested on the issues that facing China's Engineering education on innovative talents.
