摘要:制动过程中,低温运输罐车由于惯性作用会对容器壁面产生比较大的冲击力,必然会对低温运输罐车的安全产生影响。采用流固耦合的方法,以某公司设计的低温运输罐车为研究对象,模拟罐车从制动到停车过程的力学响应,得到了冲击力及封头压力随着时间的关系。并对制动过程的低温运输罐车进行了应力分析。分析结果表明:在制动开始时,内部介质对前封头的冲击力达到峰值,随后达到稳定值。通过路径分析得到,该罐车达到安全要求。
In the braking process, due to inertia low temperature tanker would inevitably have a relatively large impact on the wall of the tank, which was bound to affect the safety of low temperature tanker. By fluid - solid coupling method, low tempera- ture transportation tanker designed by a company was as research object. Mechanical response of the tanker from the brake to the parking process was simulated. The relationship between the impact force and the pressure of the head was obtained. Stress analy- sis of low temperature transportation vehicles on the braking process was done. The analysis results show that the impact force of the internal medium on the top of the front end could reach the peak value at the beginning of braking, and then reach the stable value. Through path analysis, the tanker meets Safety requirements.
