摘要：以国内某炼油厂工业生产装置为背景,进行了闪蒸分炼塔河中质原油的加工方案研究。结果表明,该方案的轻油收率为75.7%,综合商品率为91.6%,与未加工塔河中质原油时的技术经济指标相比,轻质油收率下降了1.1个百分点,但综合商品率提高0.1个百分点,原油利用率得以提高,是塔河中质原油的适宜加工方案。
To minimize the detrimental effect of higher Ni, V and carbon residue, etc in Tahe Medium Crude on FCC catalysts and maximize the utilization of opportunity crudes, the processing scheme of Tahe Medium Crude was studied in the process units of a refinery with crude first being processed in the flasher. The operation shows that the light oil yield is 75.7% and commodity rate is 91.6%. As compared with the technoeconomic indexes of processing other crude, the light oil yield is 1.1% lower, but the commodity rate is increased by 0.1%. The utilization of crude is improved, and it is a good process scheme for Tahe Medium Crude.
