摘要:以正丁基锂为引发剂、环己烷为溶剂、四氢呋喃为活性添加剂和结构调节剂,研究了用苯甲酸苯酯为偶联剂合成SBS的规律。结果表明,用苯甲酸苯酯作偶联剂,其偶联效率(CE)可达96%以上;偶联反应最快在30s内完成;偶联反应温度、SB段相对分子质量和聚合物溶液浓度对偶联反应无明显影响;当四氢呋喃/正丁基锂(THF/Li)(摩尔比,下同)值不大于0.5时,CE与苯甲酸苯酯偶联剂/正丁基锂(BzOPh/Li,摩尔比)值无关;当THF/Li大于0.5时,CE随BzOPh/Li值的增大而减小;当BzOPh/Li为0.5时,THF/Li值的增大对CE无明显影响。
he coupling reaction of styrene-butadiene two block copolymers by the coupling agent phenyl benzoate(BzOPh)was studied with n-BuLi as initiator ,cyclohexane as solvent and tetrahydrofuran(THF)as activator as well as structure regulator.The results showed that the coupling efficiency(CE) reached 96%by the coupling agent BzOPh in 30 s.When the molar ratio of THF/Li was less than or equal to 0.5,BzOPh/Li was in 0.5~1.0 at 20~80 ℃,Mn SB was 5×104~8×104 and polymer solution concentration was 0.1~0.2 g/mL.When BzOPh was 0.5,THF/Li was 0~10,CE reached 93%.When THF/Li was more than 0.5,BzOPh/Li more than 0.5,CE gradually decreased with the increase of BzOPh/Li.
