摘要:NOVELTY - Cogeneration of calcium carbonate and hydrogen chloride gas comprises clarifying ammonia waste liquid or pool drying using calcium chloride to get supernatant, adding extractant, bubbling with carbon dioxide gas or industrial waste gas containing carbon dioxide at 5-55 degrees C for 30-300 minutes to produce calcium carbonate precipitate, washing, drying to obtain superfine calcium carbonate, distilling with organic phase or extracting hydrogen chloride to obtain hydrogen chloride gas, and recycling extractant. USE - Method for cogenerating calcium carbonate and hydrogen chloride gas used for producing PVC (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has more than 90% conversion rate of calcium chloride and recycles organic matter, and is simple, stable, and easy. The products have high value.
