摘要：文章提出了基于危机事件导向的危机管理知识重组方案,从危机事件的分类出发,建立危机事件对应的问题文档。同时借助知识结构图和知识应用图来管理不同危机管理部门的问题文档,构建危机管理的知识地图系统,实现组织对危机事件的有效管理。最后以5.12汶川地震为案例展示整个知识地图系统的建立过程。
This paper restructures organization＇s crisis management plan based on problem oriented crisis event and provides the respondent problem.It uses knowledge structure map and knowledge application map to manage problem-oriented documents from different crisis management departments,in order to realize the creation of a dynamic database for organization to make decision while facing crisis.In the end,Whenchuan Earthquake is used as a case study to show the whole process.
