摘要：NOVELTY - Method for extracting poultry feather keratin by using water-insoluble ionic liquids, involves (a) washing, drying and crushing poultry feather, (b) adding water-insoluble ionic liquid to the obtained product, and stirring the product for 3-6 hours at 70-100 degrees C, and (c) adding water to the product, centrifuging the product to form three phase system, separating the water phase, and then obtaining the coarse keratin solution. USE - The method is useful for extracting poultry feather keratin (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method can be performed simply, conveniently and environmentally-friendly recycles water-insoluble ionic liquid recycling is convenient, and is suitable for large scale production.
