摘要：随着社会的发展,知识创新受到人们越来越多的重视,同时,人们的知识产权保护意识也迅速提高。专利及其文献作为知识创新的主要载体,已经成为知识产权保护的重中之重。专利的申请与授权的信息,可以从一个方面反映一个国家的创新能力、科学技术水平及其市场竞争力。我国作为经济、技术发展的后起之秀,专利数量和质量都在迅速提高。在此背景下,通过中国知识产权局数据库,采用定量分析方法,对我国专利申请与授权的文献信息进行了统计分析,对我国专利发展进行了阶段性评价,并预测了我国专利活动的未来趋势。
Along with the social development, people pay more and more attention to the knowledge innovation, at the same time, the awareness of intellectual property protection is also improved rapidly. The patent and patent documentation, being as the main vehicle for the knowledge innovation, have become a top priority of intellectual property protection. A country＇s innovation capability, scientific and technological level and market competitiveness can be reflected from the information of patent application and patent authorization. Our country is a up-rising star in economic and technological development, the quantity and quality of its patent are being improved rapidly. In this context, this paper makes the statistical analysis on the information of patent application and patent authorization in China by using the database of China＇s State Intellectual Property Office and quantitative analysis method, makes the time-phased evaluation on China＇s patent development, and forecasts the future trends of China＇ s patent activity.
