摘要:碱洗废液的处理是乙烯工程的难点之一,通过对乙烯碱洗塔工艺运转情况的考查和废碱液中各组分溶解度的分析,认为废碱液处理的关键是如何有效去除油分和硫化物。实验结果表明,废碱液经静置隔油后采用疏水膜进行除油处理,效果良好,采用结晶法可大部移除废碱液中的硫化钠,粗结晶、母液和红油可以分别加以综合利用,有一定的经济意义,值得进一步推广应用。
Treatment of alkaline cleaning waste liquid is one of the difficulties in the ethylene engineering. By examining the technological progress of alkaline cleaning tower for ethylene equipment, and by analysing solubility of the composition of the waste alkaline liquid, how to remove the oil and the sulphide is regarded as the key of treating the waste alkaline liquid. The result of the experiment shows that it is very effective that the waste alkaline liquid is treated by eliminating oil through the estrangement membrane after removing oil at a standstill, and also shows that the sodium sulphide can be eliminated mostly from the waste alkaline liquid by crystallizing. The rough crystal, the mother liquid and the red oil can each be utilized and get economical benefit. Hence this method is worth to be applied widely.
