摘要:采用一种超支化聚硅氧烷改性二烯丙基双酚A改性双马来酰亚胺体系,对固化树脂的增韧效果进行了研究,并通过DSC分析了改性树脂体系的固化反应及其动力学。结果表明,当超支化聚硅氧烷的添加量为10%时,浇注体冲击强度达到最大,比未改性体系提高了62.8%;采用非等温DSC研究体系的固化动力学,该体系固化反应分为两步,表观活化能分别为ΔE1=81.14 k J/mol,ΔE2=89.40 k J/mol;固化反应级数分别为n1=0.91,n2=0.91。
Bismaleimide(BDM)/diallyl bisphenol A(DBA)resin was modified by hyperbranched polysiloxane(HBPSi).The mechanical properties of the cured resin were studied and the curing kinetics of the system were analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The results show that the impact strength of the cured BDM/DBA resin with 10%HBPSi is 62.8%higher than the pure BDM/DBA resin.The curing reaction of the system was divided into two steps.The apparent activation energy of the first step calculated by Kissinger equation is 81.14kJ/mol and the second one is 89.40kJ/mol.The reaction order n of the first step calculated by Crane equation is 0.91 and the second one is 0.91.
