摘要：以阳离子乳化剂A、助表面活性剂B对石蜡进行乳化 ,得到了稳定的HD阳离子乳化蜡。用正交实验确定了乳液的最佳配方 :石蜡质量分数为 5 % ,阳离子乳化剂A质量分数为 0 5 % ,助表面活性剂B质量分数为 1% ,最佳乳化温度为 95℃。在此条件下 ,考察了乳化时间和搅拌速度对石蜡乳化效果的影响 ,最后确定最佳乳化工艺条件为 :乳化时间 >15min ,搅拌速度 15 0 0r/min～ 2 0 0 0r/min。
The cationic emulsifying wax was developed by using cationic emulsifier A and surfactant B. This paper determined the formulations of the cationic emulsifying wax by orthogonal test:wax is 5 % by weight,cationic emulsifier A is 0 5 % by weight,surfactant B is 1 % by weight and the emulsifying temperature is 95 ℃.Under this conditions,the effect of emulsifying time and the stirring speed on the wax emulsifying were studied,the optimum emulsifying conditions was obtained:emulsifying time>15 min,stirring speed is between 1 500 r/min～2 000 r/min.
