摘要:根据多孔介质的“尘埃气”模型,用单片扩散反应器测定了气体在Pd/HM型轻质烷烃异构化催化剂中的有效努森扩散系数、有效分子扩散系数及粘性流动参数。考察了压片条件对催化剂内孔结构参数的影响。压片催化剂能很好的模拟工业挤条异构化催化剂的孔分布。实验结果表明,该反应器装置在室温到350℃条件下具有满意的结果。
Effective Knudsen diffusivity, effective molecular diffusivity and viscous flow parameters of gases in Pd/HM isomerization catalyst for light hydrocarbons were measured witha single pellet diffusion reactor based on the "dusty gas" model. The influence of pelleting condition on pore structure of the catalyst was examined, and the pelleted catalyst can well simulate the industrial isomerization catalyst in pore size distribution.
