摘要：本文以上海市S厂为个案,从时空的角度展现了新生代农民工在工厂这一场域空间内所遭受的时空政治规训:资本通过时间策划、车间的空间政治以及劳宿一体化的管理体系和制度安排,将新生代的农民工从"农民"改造为生产线上的"工人";同时在此过程中伴生的是工人身体、精神和社会交往的异化,在资本已经织成霸权之网的今天,他们无处逃脱。
The primary task of this study is to explain how a factory operates its coercive labor strategy to discipline workers and what these young peasant-workers suffer under the control of the hegemonic regime, based on S Factory in Fengxian District of Shanghai. The young peasant-workers have to spend most of their time in work according to the factory＇s timetable. Besides, they must keep working in workshop because they are divided into different parts and supervised constantly by the workshop director, electronic eye and inspectors. Furthermore, factory＇s dormitory is not set up as a comfortable home, but for maintaining the reproduction of labor power. As a result, young peasant-workers have been disciplined into instruments of production, and they will hardly escape such a coercive regime for the lack of citizenship rights.
