摘要:NOVELTY - Method for preparing vitamin PP homolog, involves soaking ZSM-5 catalyst in ammonium nitrate solution, stirring the soaked solution, activating obtained product to obtain H-ZSM-5 catalyst, reacting the prepared H-ZSM-5 catalyst with formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, propionaldehyde and ammonia to obtain 3-picoline and its homolog, and reacting the obtained substance under H6PMO9V3O4, air and ammonia, preparing cyanopyridine mixture, producing nitrile hydratase aqueous solution using Pseudomonas or Bacillus alcaligenes, iron, and titanium metal coenzyme. USE - The method is useful for preparing vitamin PP homolog for reducing and preventing pesticidal residue from damaging immune function food chain, indirectly causing infection, blood disease, malignant tumor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The vitamin PP homolog improves nutrient of the fruits and vegetables. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing vitamin PP homolog, involves (a) soaking ZSM-5 catalyst in ammonium nitrate solution (0.2-0.8 mol/l) at 60-90 degrees C, stirring the soaked solution, heating the stirred solution at 400-530 degrees C for 2-6 hours, and activating the obtained product to obtain H-ZSM-5 catalyst, (b) reacting the prepared H-ZSM-5 catalyst with formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, propionaldehyde and ammonia to obtain 3-picoline and its homolog, (c) reacting the obtained substance under H6PMO9V3O4, air and ammonia, and preparing cyanopyridine mixture, and (d) producing nitrile hydratase aqueous solution using Pseudomonas or Bacillus alcaligenes, iron, and titanium metal coenzyme with a ratio of 3:0.5:1-2, and reacting the obtained product with cyanopyridine mixture. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) vitamin PP homolog prepared by above-mentioned method; (2) method for preparing vitamin B derivative, involves biosynthesizing three or more raw materials containing fruit residues, bran, fermentation residues, oligosaccharide and peat-FA using aqueous solution in presence of penicillium, choline oxidase and cellulose with pH of 3-8 at 20-30 degrees C for 36-72 hours; and (3) pesticide residue degradant, comprising vitamin PP and/or its homolog, vitamin B derivative and water.
