摘要:世界百年未有之大变局为中国发展提供了新机遇与新动力,培养卓越工程人才是重中之重。本文从关键品质、专业技能和工程能力三个维度,总结出"新工科"背景下人才的核心素养要求,并提出基于科教融合、以赛促学的精益化人才培养模式。从培养思路、运行框架和实施环节三个层面阐述了该模式精准、精益、精简的设计构思。并以大学生创新创业训练计划项目实施为例,介绍该培养模式对学生综合工程能力的培养与提升效果。
The world’s unprecedented changes in this century have provided new opportunities and new impetus for China’s development.Cultivating outstanding engineering students is one of the top priorities.This paper reviews the core literacy requirements for students in the context of"New Engineering"from three dimensions of the key quality,the professional skills and the engineering capabilities,and proposes a lean talent training model based on the integration of science and education and the promotion of learning by participating.The precise,lean,and streamlined design concept of the model is elaborated from three levels:the training ideas,the operation framework and the implementation links.By taking the implementation of the innovation and the entrepreneurship training as an example,the effects of the training and the improvement of this training model on the students’comprehensive engineering ability are discussed.
