摘要:采用高—低温二步煅烧法制备了致密的Al2O3微球,研究了掺加石墨和筛分等工艺对Al2O3微球分散性的影响。结果表明,以95 Al2O3造粒粉为原料,利用高—低温二步煅烧法,经1550℃煅烧、1000℃除碳处理后,可获得致密度高、团聚少、分散性好的Al2O3微球。掺加50 wt.%石墨可以有效地降低Al2O3微球之间的团聚,预筛分则可有效减少粗、细Al2O3微球之间的粘连。文中对石墨和筛分对微球的影响原因也进行了讨论。
In this study, high density Al2O3 ceramic microspheres were prepared high-low temperature two-step calcination process by using 95 Al2O3 spray granulation powder as raw material. The effects of graphite and screening on the dispersion of Al2O3 microspheres were studied. It was found that after calcination at the temperature of 1550 ℃, decarbonization at 1000 ℃, Al2O3 microspheres with high density, better dispersion. Adding 50 wt.% graphite can effectively reduce the aggregation of Al2O3 microspheres while screening can effectively reduce the adhesion between coarse and fine Al2O3 microspheres. The reasons why the graphite and screening have an effect on the Al2O3 microspheres are also discussed in this paper.
