摘要:以五种工业废料直接作新汶、大屯煤制水煤浆添加剂。实验得到,用新汶和大屯煤制得的废料水煤浆,其最大煤浓度分别为67~69%、65~67%;使用煤浆的煤浓度分别为64~66%、62~64%;煤浆粘度分别为350~800mPa.s、350~700mPa.s;煤浆稳定后,析水率分别为0~4%、0~6%。两种煤浆结构皆疏松,可进行落棒试验。
The properties of Xinwen and Datun coal water slurry (CWS) with five kinds of industry wastes as additives were gived as follow: Xinwen and Datun CWS′s maximun coal concentration is 67~69% and 65~67% respectively, practical coal concentration is 64~66% and 62~64%, the viscosity is 350~800 mPa.s and 350~700 mPa.s and the percentage separated water is 0~4% and 0~6%, the constitutions of CWS precipitate are loose.
