摘要:NOVELTY - Inorganic nano flame-retarded unsaturated resin composite material comprises 40-70 pts. wt. inorganic nano powder flame retardant, 3-15 pts. wt. terminal phosphate polyester super dispersant and 30-60 pts. wt. unsaturated resin. USE - Inorganic nano flame-retarded unsaturated resin composite material. ADVANTAGE - The inorganic nano flame-retarded unsaturated resin composite material has reduced retardant surface energy, improved the dispersibility in unsaturated resin, processing and mechanical property and reduced compound viscosity. It has synergistic flame retardant effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for producing inorganic nano flame-retardant unsaturated resin composite material, which involves: (A) mixing 30-60 pts. wt. unsaturated polyester resin, 40-70 pts. wt. flame retardant powder and 3-15 pts. wt. terminal phosphoric acid polyester super dispersant; (B) stirring and mixing and adding 0.6-1.2 pts. wt. cobalt naphthenate accelerator and 1.5-2.0 pts. wt. initiator methyl ethyl ketone; and (C) adding and mixing into the mold, and aging to obtain desired product.
