摘要：智力资本与组织创新之间的关系,以及吸收能力与组织创新之间的关系已经得到相关研究的支持.然而,智力资本、吸收能力与组织创新三者之间的关系并不明朗.分别检验智力资本(人力资本、组织资本和社会资本)对吸收能力的影响,以及吸收能力对组织创新的作用.发现吸收能力在智力资本与组织创新之间扮演中介角色,表明企业拥有的智力资本转化为吸收能力后,对组织创新产生影响,从而进一步揭示智力资本与组织创新之间的作用机制.
Many researches have tested the relationship between intellectual capital and organizational innovation, and that between absorptive capacity （ACAP） and innovation. However, the mechanism among intellectual capital, absorptive capacity and innovation is still not clear. Here it tries to find out the interaction among them. The empirical study has separately tested how human capital, organizational capital and social capital influence potential ACAP and realized ACAP, and how potential ACAP and realized ACAP influence technological and managerial innovation. It finds the mediator role that the ACAP plays and makes the influential mechanism between intellectual capital and organizational innovation more clear.
