摘要:NOVELTY - Modified polyimide film is prepared by putting organized carbon black, dianhydride monomer, diamine monomer and organic solvent in a reactor with a stirring device at less than 40 degrees C. Organized carbon black, dianhydride monomer, diamine monomer and organic solvent are stirred and mixed uniformly to obtain a mixture. The obtained mixture is coated on a substrate in vacuum. The coated substrate is solidified by heating at 60-350 degrees C to obtain a product, where 0.1-10 wt.% of organized carbon black is used in the modified polyimide film. USE - Modified polyimide film. ADVANTAGE - The modified polyimide film has improved mechanical property, heat stability and optical property i.e. refractive index. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Modified polyimide film is prepared by putting organized carbon black, dianhydride monomer, diamine monomer and organic solvent in a reactor with a stirring device at less than 40 degrees C. Organized carbon black, dianhydride monomer, diamine monomer and organic solvent are stirred and mixed uniformly to obtain a mixture. The obtained mixture is coated on a substrate in vacuum. The coated substrate is solidified by heating at 60-350 degrees C to obtain a product, where 0.1-10 wt.% of organized carbon black is used in the modified polyimide film. The organized carbon black is carbon black that is prepared by grafting and/or covering carboxylic, hydroxyl, acid halide or amide functional group on the surface of the carbon black. The dianhydride monomer is phthalic anhydride type dianhydride compound, ester anhydride type dianhydride compound, ketone anhydride type dianhydride compound or fluorine anhydride type dianhydride compound, preferably biphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride. The diamine monomer is selected from diamidodiphenyl ether, diphenyl sulfone diamine, diphenyl ketone diamine or oxydianiline, preferably 4,4-diamidodiphenyl ether.
