摘要:以丁腈胶乳为弹性黏合剂 ,碳纤维、海泡石纤维、纤维素纤维为代石棉增强纤维 ,采用胶乳抄取工艺制备无石棉密封材料。经试验 ,筛选获得了具有良好工艺性能的胶乳抄取无石棉密封材料 ,其较佳配方为 :胶乳 (干质量 ) 8%~ 3 0 %、纤维 40 %~ 75 %、填料 5 %~ 40 %,其它助剂 2 %。
On the base of the development and application of the asbestos gasket materials at home and abroad,the fibrous sepiolite,together with carbon fiber and cellulose fiber at some ratio were chosen to instead asbestos as enhanced fiber,in the equipment which are operated at a relative high temperature.Adopted the latex beater-addition process,the preferable material composition and the techniques condition were obtained.By different combination of fibers,the appropriate formulation was gained.
