摘要:利用正硅酸乙酯水解制备的纳米级二氧化硅对共沉淀法制备的氢氧化锆和硫硒化镉悬浊液包覆得前驱体,经高温快速煅烧得到硅酸锆包裹硫硒化镉色料。通过XRD、SEM、激光粒度仪、色差仪等对色料进行表征,考察了硅锆比固定的情况下,煅烧温度、锆镉比对色料粒径、发色效果的影响。研究结果表明当以Li F为矿化剂,Cd∶S∶Se=4∶3∶1,Zr∶Cd=3∶1,Zr∶Si=1∶1,1050℃煅烧30 min时,制备的硅酸锆包裹硫硒化镉色料a*值高达32.04,粒径D50在2μm附近,为硅酸锆包裹硫硒化镉色料应用于陶瓷喷墨打印技术提供了可能。
The suspension of zirconium hydroxide and cadmium sulfide selenide prepared by coprecipitation method was coated by nano-sized Si O2 sol prepared by hydrolysis of tetraethyl orthosilicate.The precursor was rapidly calcined to synthesize zircon-cadmium sulfide selenide inclusion pigment at high temperature. The pigments were characterized by XRD, SEM, laser particle size analyzer,chromaticity meter and so on. The effects of calcination temperature and the ratio of Zr/Cd on the diameter and chromaticity of pigment were studied with a fixed ratio of Zr/Si. The results show that with a mole ratio of Cd∶ S∶ Se = 4∶ 3∶ 1,Zr∶ Cd = 3 ∶ 1,Zr∶ Si = 1 ∶ 1 and Li F as the mineralizer,the a^*value corresponding to the red chromaticity of this pigment is 32. 04 and D50 is in the vicinity 2 μm while being calcined at 1050 ℃ for 30 min. The hydrolysis-coprecipitation method provides a possible access for the application of zircon-cadmium sulfide selenide inclusion pigment in ceramic ink-jet printing.
