摘要:通过摩擦系数λ和动量交换系数k两种变量的分析,确定了多孔管摩擦系数λ和动量交换系数k的分析表达式,在此基础上,求出了变系数变质量动量方程的分析解。常系数方程的解成为变系数方程解在动量修正项为0、摩阻修正项为1时的特殊形式。另外,变系数变质量动量方程的解,仅是多孔管的结构尺寸参数E和流动参数Re的函数。这不仅在新分布器上的设计上,可以优化结构,确定分布器的工况稳定性和安全性,而且在在役分布器的校核上,可方便地模拟操作工况。
Through the analysis of friction and pressure recovery in porous pipe manifolds coefficients, the pressure recovery coefficient is represented as a function of flow velocity. An analytical solution of momentum equation with varying mass at varying coefficients is obtained. The solution for the case of constant coefficients is a special case of varying coefficients when momentum correction is zero and friction correction is one. In the solution of varying coefficients the static pressure is dependent on structure scale (the ratio of length to diameter) and flow parameter Re 0 . In the design of a new distributor its structure can be optimized. In the distributor in service the operational process can be simulated, and the optimum operational condition can be obtained. When the velocity distribution is linear, the solution for the case of varying coefficients agrees with experimental results.
