摘要:回火脆化是加氢反应器2^(1)/4 Cr-1Mo钢长期服役后的主要损伤之一,准确地预测在役材料的回火脆化程度,对加氢反应器长期使用后的安全性评价具有重要意义。综述并评价了国外对2^(1)/4 Cr-1Mo钢长期服役后脆化程度的预测方法,主要包括由J系数预测长期脆化后的韧脆转变温度(FATT),以及在FATT预测基础上建立对材料断裂韧性的估算方法。
Temper embrittlement is one of the main damages of 2^(1)/4 Cr-1Mo steel used in hydroprocessing reactors after long-term service.Accurately predicting the degree of temper embrittlement of in-service materials is of great significance to the safety evaluation of hydroprocessing reactors.This paper reviews and evaluates the methods for predicting the embrittlement degree of the 2^(1)/4 Cr-1Mo steel after long-term service in foreign research,mainly including predicting the fracture appearance transition temperature(FATT)from the J-factor,and developing a method for estimating the fracture toughness of the material on the basis of the predicted FATT.
